When
can I expect to receive results?
Our researchers in the metro area go to the courthouses everyday.
Unless there is a delay due to a file being on order or special
circumstances, normal turnaround time is within 24 hours. For all
other counties, the turnaround time may vary depending on accessibility
and courthouse record systems from same day results to 48 hours.
Certified copies will be obtained within this time frame but delivery
time depends on what method the client desires copies to be sent.
How do I inquire about the status of my order?
After you submit your order online, you will receive an order number as confirmation to verify your order was received.

Please have your order number ready and a customer service expert will be glad to assist you.
Do you charge an extra fee for a rush?
We
do not charge extra fees for rushes as we understand that at times you
may need a document quicker than usual. We will do our absolute
best to get this to you as soon as possible.
